The lagoon and the Aquarium

In the lagoon, sheltered from the currents: the site for introductory dives, training and the start of snorkeling.

The Aquarium

Like the Avatoru pass, the Tiputa pass is split by a small island where it enters the lagoon. The Aquarium lies on one side of it, always sheltered from the current, whether incoming or outgoing.

It is a protected site, in shallow water, around a beautiful coral garden: the ideal setting for a first dive in complete safety. This is where the club runs its introductory dives and training dives, and where snorkeling trips begin, before the drifts down the pass and the search for the dolphins.
